When creating our signature Habanero Hibiscus Hot Sauce, we are left with this delicious water after hydrating the flowers. We have created a beautiful and vibrant product that is very reminiscent of Agua de Jamaica. This tastes like a red wine vinegar with more fruit and less tannin, with a nice tart finish.
This can be used in Salad Dressings, Desserts, on top of Fruit or in place of citrus.
