A Mexican take on Chili Crisp, our Salsa Macha substitutes pepitas for nuts and sesame. A blend of chile guajillo, chile arbol, garlic, shallot and tamari make this sauce mild-medium heat while savory with a nutty finish. It goes great with white rice, on top of an egg, added into a soup or mixed into an Aioli.
