This is a super cool and unique product from our larder. It was made when we shaved Nichols Farm Sweet Corn and were left with the husks and shaved corn cobs. With so much flavor, we did not want to throw this away. We made a Corn Stock from Smoked Cobs and Husks to create this one of a kind product.
This is great for use in Salad Dressings, a Stir Fry, or even on top of corn to add that bright splash of corn flavor. Supplies are limited.
