Piñatta is an Indigenous-inspired concept by Chef Emilio Guerrero and his brother Santiago Guerrero, rooted in traditional Mexican flavors and the ancient art of fermentation. This evening brings that vision to the table in full — eight courses built around heirloom corn, hand-fermented sauces, and the flavors that define the brand.
Eight courses. Beverage pairings included. Each dish is designed around Piñatta's fermentation philosophy — koji, hibiscus, habanero, and maize at the center of everything. This is a fixed, thoughtfully curated experience.
