Tasting Menu / Chef Emilio’s Birthday

Come to The Pearl Club (495 N Milwaukee) May 19th for our Tasting Menu on Chef Emilio’s Birthday. This will be 8 courses of curated meditations on Fermentation and Maize. Working with Heirloom Masa led us to making Misos, Garums, Vinegars and more with Traditional Mexican Flavors and focusing on Indigenous produce and cooking methods.
